Vision

As an NGO that focuses on transportation issues, INSTRAN would like to perform its role in embodying a transportation system that is humane, civilized and sustainable in cities for all people.

Mission

1. To promote the development and the delivery of policy on transportation system that is humane, civilized and sustainable as well as gender-oriented
2. To encourage public awareness of people about the importance of a transportation system that is humane, civilized and sustainable as well as gender-oriented
3. To encourage the use of non-motorized transportations as transportation facilities that are safer, more comfortable, healthier and unpolluted as well as energy saving (refined fuel)
4. To campaign the safety of road users

Objective

During its first five year programs, INSTRAN focuses on the promotion of the issues of massive transportation development, non-motorized transportations, and providing the facilities for traffic safety and those for the pedestrians.
